  • Do I need to provide cleaning products or equipment?
    We supply our own products, but the client can provide it if required.
  • Do I need to give you keys to my house?
    At Kharisma, we prioritize the security and trust of our clients. Instead of keeping client keys, we typically arrange to meet the client on-site to obtain access. During this meeting, the client can provide any necessary security codes, which can be reactivated when our cleaners depart. Alternatively, utilizing a combination code lockbox or leaving keys with a building concierge or manager are also viable options. We are flexible and will accommodate whichever method works best for you.
  • How often should I get my house or apartment cleaned?
    Every home is different. We have customers who prefer our services several times a week, and others are happy with once or twice a fortnight. We recommend a full a seasonal cleaning twice a year.
  • What is the minimum booking time?
    Usually, a minimum of 3 to 4 hours depending on the kind of service you require. The rate is considered at the appointment with the client.
